Angels have played
a big part in my life and I began to notice along my journey how
powerful, inspirational, supportive and loving Angels are. How they
are always by your side celebrating life with you and supporting
you in times of need. As I started to open my heart and mind, their
love came through and truly helped me change my life in a positive
and loving way. They continue to support and guide me on my spiritual
path and cannot thank them enough for their everlasting love, and
support.
I have been training and practicing for many years and received
my Reiki 1 & 11 initiations in September 2002. A year later I then
decided to take it a step further and in December 2002 I received
my initiations for Reiki Healing Mastership. As I really enjoyed
healing work and had very good results and outcomes I decided to
look into different types of healing modalities and completed my
Sekhem 1& II. Still feeling the need to go further in energy work
I completed my Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Teacher training in 2003 by
Dr. Sweeny Allen.
That year I also began to realise I wanted to learn more about bodywork
and in September 2003 I attended and completed a foundation course
in Bowen Technique by the Bowen School in London. Six months later
I attended an Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles course.
It soon dawned on me that I was getting drawn to Ayurveda, its way
of life, the treatments and its holistic approach. I searched and
found my teacher Mr. Amarjeet S Bhamra who taught me about Ayurveda,
the Abhyanga and Shirodhara Massage.
In May 2007 I started working at Oeuf Therapy Rooms and Clinic near
Queens Park, London. Experts in the field of women’s reproductive
health, fertility and pre-conceptual care, pregnancy, labour, post
natal care and menopause. It is here where I learnt the pregnancy
training programme.
It was then I discovered how I had finally found my passion and
how my work working with pregnant women was so fulfilling and joyful.
It was then I decided to become a doula and integrate my holistic
work together. In 2008 I attended a birth and postnatal doula course
with Nurturing Birth.
I truly believe the power of healing, massages and feeling empowered
are one of the keys to your wellbeing and look forward to welcoming
you to experience one of my Butterfly Therapies.
