It is an extremely deeply relaxing treatment that helps with scattered or compulsive thoughts, mental exhaustion and induces a meditative bliss. Shir means 'head' and dhara means 'flows'. Stresses and troubles melt away as the continuous stream of warm oils flows over your third eye inducing tranquillity and deep inner peace.
This luxurious treatment will last an hour. You will receive a calming and nurturing back, neck, shoulder, face and scalp massage in preparation for the final part of the treatment, the Shirodhara. After this treatment balance will have been restored, clarity would be achieved and deep inner peace would be felt.
